William moved the main operation to Orlinda in 1978. He has a BS degree in Agriculture from Western Kentucky University. William and his wife Terry have 2 sons and 4 grandsons and are members at Sulphur Spring Baptist Church.

Willis came back to the farm in 1999 after completing his BS degree in Ag Economics from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville. Willis and his wife Brittany have 2 sons and are members at Life Center Church.
David Brown
Equipment Operator
“Brownie” is married to Belinda has 4 children. He has worked at Jepson Farms for over 25 years. His areas of expertise include farm beautification and assisting in various activities.
Josh Jepson
Application and Planting Operator
Josh is married to Chelsea and has a son River. Josh spends most of his time spraying and planting.
Keith Pinson
Specialty Crops/Agronomy
Keith is married to Jessica and has 2 children Taylor and Seth. Keith manages specialty crop operations for the farm including tobacco, indigo, and melons.
Mike Houskins
Equipment Operator
Mike is married to Holly and has 2 children. Mike works on farm beautification and assists in various field operations.
Page Barker
Precision Specialist and Digital Data Organization
Page manages all the technology on the farm. He works with data for planning and analytics from seed to yield and cost to revenue.
Ricky Massey
Assistant Manager
Ricky is married to Carey and has 3 children Molly, Annie and Harrison. Ricky assists in day to day management and specializes in equipment maintenance and performance.
Sherman Marklin
Logistics/Equipment Operator
Sherman is married to Joyce and has 3 children Chris, Angie and Mandy. Sherman does it all around the farm but his favorite spot is in his W900 Kenworth truck.
