The land is our most valuable resource. The soil is where everything begins. We have a limited amount of topsoil, and without it, our efforts of raising a crop would be futile. Continuous no-till with cover crops planted between cash crops promote tilth in the soil by building organic matter on top and in the root zone. It creates a favorable environment for soil organisms to flourish. Most importantly, it greatly reduces soil erosion due to rain and wind and loss of nutrients from the soil into ground and surface water.
